My visual definition of a bar is a quiet place with low music, dim lights, and a well-stocked supply of alcoholic drinks. Today I finally found what I’ve been seeking. Filled with nice wooden tables and seats, with a bar right smack in the middle, Bouchou Wine Bar impressed upon first sight. Wooden tables are stamped with wine varieties, allowing customers to easily pick one from the list. A shelf full of assorted liquors is right behind the bartender, accompanied with wooden rows of different types of wines to choose from. Jazz music plays in the background, allowing customers to have audible conversations.
