Eric Bricker’s documentary VISUAL ACOUSTICS (2008, 83min, English) celebrates the life and career of the late Julius Shulman, the world's greatest architectural photographer. Shulman captured the work of nearly every modern and progressive architect since the 1930s including Frank Lloyd Wright, Richard Neutra, John Lautner and Frank Gehry. This unique film is both a testament to the evolution of modern architecture and a joyful portrait of the magnetic, whip-smart gentleman who chronicled it with his unforgettable images. 9PM: After the screening join us for hot beats and cool drinks in the Art Café, where DJs/musicians Professor Kinski and Nick Klapperton take you on a musical journey through “Electroland”
