The Penh’s chic and stylish gathered this Friday (Jul. 24) for the opening of local fashion icon Sapor Rendall’s new boutique on Street 178.

Full of dresses for both every day wear and more sophisticated events, the classy shop is a welcome addition to the high-end fashion market in the capital. Designed by Sapor herself, the collection features both daring designs and clean cuts. Alterations can be made on site. There are new arrivals every week. Currently, all dresses are sown in Vietnam, though Sapor is also working with a local tailor. Held over two days, the opening was a low key affair. “I just want to let my friends know where I am,” said Sapor. “And maybe buy some of my dresses.”
